Formal correction of the 2022 Sustainability Report in the English Version

Milan, April 12, 2023 – Italmobiliare would like to announce that, due to correction of a clerical error on pages F111 and F112 of the English version of the consolidated non-financial statement 2022 (sustainability report), the amended version in the English text of the consolidated non-financial statement and the annual financial report (that includes the consolidated non-financial statement) have been filed with the Company’s registered office and are available on the authorized eMarket storage platform (www.emarketstorage.com and through the Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting section of the Company's website at www.italmobiliare.it (https://www.italmobiliare.it/en/governance/shareholders-meeting).
