The Italmobiliare Remuneration Policy is defined in accordance with the Company’s governance model and the recommendations made by the Corporate Governance Code, in order to attract, withhold and motivate staff with the professional qualities required to successfully manage the Company and to bring the interests of the management into line with those of the shareholders, promoting the sustainable creation of value over the medium/long term and establishing a direct link between the remuneration accrued and performance achieved.
The Remuneration Policy is also defined taking into account the best market practices adopted by listed companies and a healthy, prudent risk management approach.
