SAVINGS SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING APPOINTS COMMON REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE THREE YEARS 2008 - 2010
Milan, May 23, 2008 – The special meeting of Italmobiliare S.p.A. savings shareholders held today on first call carried a resolution approving the motion presented by the shareholder San Donato Seconda S.p.A. to appoint Dario Trevisan as Common Representative for the three years 2008-2010.
