Italmobiliare was one of the forerunners in Italy to have an innovative approach to sustainability. Already in the 1990s it had structured ambitious ESG programmes in the main industrial holdings, fully integrated into the strategic development priorities and coordinated by dedicated functions. Today, Italmobiliare engages all its Portfolio Companies through four fundamental pillars: Governance and Value Chain; Climate Strategy; Health, Safety, and Wellbeing; Human Capital Development. For each of these areas we target ambitions and set goals, to be achieved through a detailed action plan.
