Dividend for the financial year 2019

Milan, April 21, 2020 - The shareholders’ meeting of Italmobiliare S.p.A. held on April 21, 2020 inMilan, approved the distribution, for each share entitled, of an ordinary dividend of Euro 0.60, gross of the withholdings required by law, and of an extraordinary dividend of Euro 1.20, gross of the withholdings required by law. The dividends will be paid in one tranche on May 6, 2020. Shares will be traded ex dividend onMay 4, coupon no. 3, the record date will be May 5.
As required by current regulations, shareholders whose shares have not yet been dematerialized shall previously present their shares to an “Intermediary” for introduction into the centralized dematerialization management system.
