The Italmobiliare shareholders’ meeting approves distribution of a 0.55 euro dividend and cancellation of 5.1 million treasury shares

At an ordinary and an extraordinary session, the Italmobiliare S.p.A. shareholders’ meeting held today at the Intesa SanPaolo Conference Hall approved the 2018 financial statements and distribution of a per-share dividend of 0.55 euro (for an aggregate dividend of more than 23 million euro) using the entire profit for the year of 19,795,345 euro and 3,276,016.5 euro of retained earnings.
The dividend payment date will be May 8, 2019, and the ex-dividend date May 6 (record date May 7).
