Milan, July, 3, 2018 – Italmobiliare and QuattroR inform that today they have received a communication from the shareholders of the Ferrarini Group, whereby the latter unilaterally declared to interrupt negotiations, whose commencement was communicated on 13 June 2018.
Italmobiliare and QuattroR reserve any actions to protect their rights.
